We take great care in packaging and shipping our ceramics safely and promptly. Delivery costs are determined by your postcode and will be calculated at checkout once you enter your shipping details.

Processing Time: Once full payment has been received, orders will be processed within 1-2 business days, unless the item(s) are on backorder.

Shipping Method: We ship exclusively to Australian street postal addresses and use Australia Post for all deliveries.

Tracking: A tracking number will be provided for all orders to ensure safe delivery.

Delivery Time: Delivery usually takes 2-6 business days (please allow for delays, particularly due to COVID-19). High order volumes may cause minor delays.

Weight Limit: Australia Post has a 22 kg limit for domestic deliveries. For larger orders, please contact us directly for bulk shipping options.
Northern Territory Deliveries:
Due to varying shipping costs to different regions in the Northern Territory, we cannot offer a standard shipping price. Please contact us for a custom quote for NT deliveries.
